What you get from a one-person publisher

One app, maintained

Everything goes into a single Android app instead of a catalogue of half-abandoned ones. Updates and fixes keep coming to the same build you already installed.

Bugs get reproduced, not closed

A report is tried on a real device with your Android version before anyone decides what to do with it. If it cannot be reproduced, you are told that too.

Tested on real handsets

Builds are checked on physical phones, including older and slower ones, not only on an emulator with infinite memory.

The developer answers

No ticket queue and no outsourced first line. The person who wrote the code reads the message and writes the reply.

Only the data the app needs

Permissions and collected data are kept to what a feature genuinely requires, and what is collected is stated on the store listing.

What people write in about

Four kinds of message arrive here. Say which one yours is and the reply gets faster.

Most common

Support request

Something in the app is not behaving and you want it sorted out.

  • Tell me your phone model
  • Your Android version
  • What you tapped, what happened
  • A written answer back

Bug report

A reproducible fault: a crash, a freeze, something that saves wrong.

  • Reproduction on a real device
  • A clear yes or no on the cause
  • A note when the fix is in a build

Feature suggestion

Something the app should do that it does not do yet.

  • An honest answer on feasibility
  • Whether it fits the app's scope
  • No vague roadmap promises

Business enquiry

Press, licensing, distribution or anything commercial about the app.

  • Direct contact, no intermediary
  • Written reply with next steps

These are not paid service tiers — they are simply the things you can ask for.

From people who wrote in

★★★★★
Sent a crash report with my phone model and got a proper answer back — not a template. The next update fixed it.
Marek
★★★★★
Asked a question about a setting and the reply explained exactly where it was. Took one message, not five.
Lena
★★★★☆
My feature idea did not make it in, but I was told why instead of being left waiting. I respect that more.

Before you write

Who is actually behind the app?

Aden Nur e.K. is a registered sole trader in Germany — one person, who develops, publishes and supports the app. There is no team behind the inbox.

What should a bug report contain?

Your phone model, your Android version, what you did step by step, and what happened instead of what you expected. With those four things a fault can usually be reproduced on the first try.

How often is the app updated?

There is no fixed calendar. Fixes go out once they are verified on a real device, and larger changes when they are finished rather than when a date says so.

What happens to the details I send through this form?

Your name and email are used to answer your message and nothing else. They are not sold or passed on for advertising.

Write to the developer

Support question, bug report, idea or business matter — same form, same inbox.

  • It lands with one person: the developer who maintains the app.
  • You get a written reply, not a ticket number.
  • Bug reports are reproduced on a real handset before anything is promised.
